I’m a licensed clinical social worker and a Vietnamese-American immigrant. I’ve worked in non-profit since 2009 and in clinical social work since 2014. My approach centers around strength-based and person-centered therapy. I believe in your ability to take charge and make the best changes possible for you. I am here to provide support as you navigate life’s challenges and figure things out. In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, drawing, visiting new places, learning about new cultures, trying new food and relaxing with my partner our two dogs and two cats.
