Hello, my name is Tim Welsh and I am a Clinical Social Worker at the FHC’s Phoenix Healthcare for those experiencing homeless. I have been here for nearly 20 years, helping people address behavioral health issues.

I received my Masters in Science in Social Work at the University of Louisville. I am licensed in the State of Kentucky as a clinical social worker.
