Born and raised here in Louisville, I have worked in the mental health field for over 30 years now! I started as a counselor assistant at Brooklawn Treatment Program when it was a residential alcohol and drug rehab center for adolescents waaaaay back in the ‘80s. I’ve worked in outpatient, inpatient, private, community, government, you name it. I had never worked with the homeless population when I started with FHC – Phoenix, but 10 years later, I’m happily still here and view this work as critical and fulfilling. I have two daughters and 2 cats and in my free time, you can find me hiking, kayaking, jogging or working on jigsaw puzzles. Also…. GO RACING LOUISVILLE!! (Our professional women’s soccer team).
