I’ve had an interest in medicine since childhood. When I experienced pediatrics as a medical student, I knew it was the field for me. I enjoy caring for children from birth until they are young adults. It gives me the opportunity to shape healthy lives and prevent illnesses, and there’s not a day when my patients don’t make me smile. It’s a privilege to care for families, and my desire is to give my patients the same great care I would want my family to receive.
Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three adult children. My favorite pastime is reading, and I love a good mystery!
